Shooting Script

In the first scene there will be a long shot and three girls will be walking. There will be natural lighting throughout this scene.The second scene will consist of a zoom movement of Sonali, Ronneka, and Niyah then Niyah will be pulled away from them. Then, a pan movement will occur which will showcase  the kidnapper shoving Niyah in a car. Then, Ronneka will try to run after Niyah and the kidnapper.Next, there will be an over-the shoulder angle that shows Sonali being on the phone.In the fifth scene a high angle will happen and it will show Sonali and Ronneka sitting down on a bench.The next scene will be a close up of a missing person's flyer. Then, the camera will have a tilt movement which will capture the emotions of those actors and what they are going through at that moment. A eye level angle will happen when Sonali and Ronneka are expressing their concerns and asking for information from the public about the kidnapping. Then, a zoom will occur when Sonali phone rings and it is Niyah calling. The next scene will be a close up of Sonali on the phone with Niyah  to capture Sonali being relieved.A high angle will occur again but will show the kidnapper holding a missing person's flyer. When Sonali and Ronneka goes on the computer at home the camera will gradually zoom in to capture the new information on the missing person's website.

Sound and Dialogue Script 

Scene 1- No dialogue

Scene 2- Niyah:" HELP ME!"

               Sonali: "NOOOO."

               Ronneka: "Stop! Somebody help, our sister is being taken"

Scene 3-No dialogue (only sounds)

             Car door slams 

             A loud bang on the truck of the car 

            Tire screeches

Scene 4- Sonali: "Hello 911 operator, someone just kidnapped my sister.I need help, please help me find    my sister. 

Scene 5- No dialogue

Scene 6-No dialogue

Scene 7- No dialogue (only sounds)

               Crying and sobbing 

Scene 8- Sonali: "Please help us find our sister. If you have any information that could help us please reach us at 1-800-HELP-US'

              Ronneka: "Anything will help, we just want our little sister to be back home safely" 

             Sonali and Ronneka: We love you Niyah and we're going to do everything to get you back"

Scene 9- No dialogue

Scene 10- No dialogue(only sounds) 

               Wind blowing

               Car horns

Scene 11- No dialogue

Scene 12- Phone rings

               Sonali: Hello mom, I have to put you on hold because Niyah's phone is calling me. 

              Ronneka: Yes 911, can you trace a call from my sister's phone. 

             Sonali: No! (cries)

             Ronneka: Come here.

Scene 13: No dialogue

Scene 14: Sonali: Sorry mom. 

               Ronneka: Everything happened so quickly and we didn't know what to do.

Scene 15 : No dialogue

        This informational video helped opened my eyes to more knowledge on how to produce our own film. While watching I noticed I already knew somethings like when they were talking about the creation of films. However, "How to make a short film" video gave a lot of new tips that will help me in the production of our short film journey. The production tips and post production tips in this video were given by a expert in film. One tip that caught my attention is when the expert mentions to not do it if you can’t pull it off. Another tip is that it is key to mess with the audience's mind and emotions. The expert explains that it is either all or nothing and to not do something half or partially. This kind of reminds me of this expression, " Go big or go home". Planning for my Adidas Commercial

     The main props for my Adidas commercial are Adidas running shoes  and Adidas clothing. The other props will be a jump rope and a basketball. In my commercial, I will have mostly have athletic clothing as costumes. The athletic clothing that would be worn are loose shorts and a shirt plus running shoes. The costume may include an arm sleeve and a headband. The arm sleeve will protect the arm and soak up the sweat. The hand band is to keep the actor's hair from being in their face.The schedule properly in order to produce a wonderful film.On October 21,I researched the conventions and what type of commercials do Adidas do.On October 23,I established the costumes for the actors, the props, location list, and the backup plan.The storyboard for the commercial will be on October 25. Comparing Le Jetree, the short, and 12 monkeys, the full length movie

 PART ONE- So from the video we learned the 12 monkeys is supposed to be a remake of Le Jetee. However, nothing could ever be recreated the way Le Jetee was. We believe the elements of mis-en scene camera shots and angles were expressed in le jetee that weren't quite the same in 12 monkeys. The information that We gather from this video included the a dispassionate tone carried in Le jette from the film narrator. It added an accentuation in the audio to the rest of the film and images. The exaggerated audio such as percussion sounds and a pounding heartbeat. These tools created a more dreamlike film with the genre being a sci-fi filled film this plot included a mediation of the passage of time. They did this by using closeup shot to exaggerate images and characters faces and emotions expressed throughout the film helped create the dreamlike idea that was portrayed.
