Filming Blog: At the park
On October 31, which is a Saturday, I filmed my Adidas commercial. One of my actors could not make it so I did the actor's scenes myself. I directed and acted for this commercial.Since I was the director I brought all the costumes and props for the film. For my first scene I directed the actor to be in certain positions so I can capture a zoom angle and a close up. The actor put on their costume which were Adidas running shoes.Filming the second scene was harder compared to the first scene. The actor was taller than me and I wanted an over the shoulder scene so I had to learn how to maneuver a tripod while still getting a good angle. The prop that was used in this scene was a basketball. I had to film the scene multiple times because the basketball kept slipping out of the actors hand. The third scene was the easiest to film because of how simple the scene was. I acted in this scene so I directed the person recording how to get the exact angles. Moreover, this scene was filmed twice because I tripped in the the first take. For the fourth scene I shot it at a high angle. I chose this angle to draw attention to the Adidas hat being worn. Also, I acted this scene too so I told the recorder that this scene is specifically shot at a high angle. The fifth scene was added while filming because I wanted to show case the Adidas bag and apparel. The second to last scene was pushed off for a couple minutes because it started drizzling. This scene really shows how Adidas is for anyone and how it can be family oriented. The last scene was easy to film and the actors said the slogan for Adidas.
