CCR for my music video

 1. How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent socials groups or issues?  My music video uses most of its conventions that are in its genre. The genres of my music video were dance-pop and latin which are just subcategories for pop culture. The common conventions are vibrant colors, open settings, and party like clothing in the genre dance-pop and latin. In my music video I used and followed most of the genres conventions. One convention that can be seen that is showed throughout the video are dancing and lip singing scenes.            This music video took many days to finish filming.By the third day of filming I decided to add an extra scene which was the swing scene. Both the filming and editing process for this music video took a long time to complete. To film the different scenarios, I had to go to many different settings.Getting the different settings for the scenes were worth it because it contributed greatly of telling the storyline. The editing process was less difficult but still took more time than usual. Overall, the process of getting the finish product was difficult. However, some scenes like the pool scenes were easy to film. This filming project was an opportunity to express my creativity. The scenes shown in the music video contributes heavily to the story that is being told. The story is that a young teenage girl having a crush on a guy. This story involved an actress holding a picture of the boy almost everywhere she goes. This music video involved a lot of ro...

I first began to organize my scenes to match the lyrics in the song. I noticed that I had to align the lip sync scenes perfectly so I made sure the scenes were the correct length to do so. I muted all the scenes background noises so that the only thing that can be heard is the song lyrics. I struggled with aligning the scenes with the song and getting the correct length music video. I slowed down some scenes to capture the moment in those scenes. However, I speeded some scenes because of how long those scenes were. I noticed while editing that some scenes had bad lighting. I fixed this issue by adding filters to those scenes to make the lighting much better. When I first finished editing my music video, I noticed is was too short. Therefore, I edited again and made some scenes go even slower. Si...
